What an exciting day!
Bavaria's Minister of Science, Markus Blume, presented a grant for our research consortium "Seamless and ergonomic integration of robotics into clinical workflows - ForNeRo" at the Klinikum rechts der Isar, Technical University of Munich.

Under the leadership of the Chair of Ergonomics, ForNeRo aims to implement innovative methods for a better integration of robotic systems into clinical workflows.

This interdisciplinary project involves academic and industrial partners, including Technische Universität München's Chairs of Ergonomics and Computer Applications in Medicine, Klinikum rechts der Isar, FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg's Department of Artificial Intelligence in Biomedical Engineering, and the Miro Innovation Lab of Deutsches Zentrum für Luft-und Raumfahrt e.V.
Huge shoutout to our industry partners: KARL STORZ VentureONEITK Engineering GmbH, ImFusion GmbHAKTORmed GmbH, and Custom Surgical for their invaluable support.

This project, was funded with approx. 2 million euros by the Bayerische Forschungsstiftung.
