Wir freuen uns über die Verleihung des ICDERS Lee Young Investigator Award durch das Institute for Dynamics of Explosions and Reactive Systems an Dr.-Ing. Josef Haßlberger. Die Grundlage hierfür sind seine Forschungsarbeiten zum Thema “Numerical Simulation of Deflagration-to-Detonation Transition on Industry Scale” am Lehrstuhl für Thermodynamik. Mittlerweile arbeitet er als PostDoc an der Universität der Bundeswehr in München/Neubiberg an seiner Habilitation.
JOHN H. S. LEE YOUNG INVESTIGATOR AWARD SPONSORED BY FM GLOBAL The purpose of the award is to encourage young scientists to undertake research in the Dynamics of Explosions and Reactive Systems. Recipients must be either students or combustion scientists who have received their PhD (or equivalent) within the last three years before the Colloquium (International Colloquium on the Dynamics of Explosions and Reactive Systems), and an author of a paper accepted for the Colloquium.
